Suzuki GSXR 1000 Superbike Package

    Dano's Performance has developed this Superbike package for the  2009-16 GSXR 1000 model bikes.  One of the best features of this package is that it is an all top end package in which only the cylinder head needs to be removed to install it.  The typical horsepower gain which will be achieved with our package is 18-20 HP (192-194HP).  In order to obtain all the performance available with this package, you will need to send us your ECU so we can raise the RPM limiter to 14,000 RPM. Also recommended is a good quality aftermarket exhaust system and a Woolich Racing Auto Tune System to allow for proper tuning.  The following is all that is included in our Superbike package:

                     Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust air flow.

                         Install new valve stem seals

                     Resurface cylinder head base

                         Three angle valve job

                Bench shim and set all 16 valve clearances

                     Custom camshaft set with slotted sprockets

                         Custom velocity stacks

                     Custom designed thinner head gasket for added compression.

                     Manual cam chain tensioner for precise cam timing.

    The total price for this Superbike package is $2995.00.  All we need for you to send us is your complete cylinder head  and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete and ready to bolt back on to your engine. The cams will need to be degreed and the clearances checked. You may also choose to send us your complete motor and when completed we will ship the complete motor back to you ready to install. Suzuki GSXR 1000 Ultimate Superbike Package

We developed this  performance package for the guy who desires the ultimate Suzuki GSXR 1000. This package will produce 215+horsepower at the rear wheel for the ultimate performance. In addition to the components listed above in our Superbike package we include a set of 1052cc high compression JE pistons and a set of Carrillo connecting rods. We also remove the crankshaft balancer  and race balance the crankshaft, rods and pistons. The price of this package is $8695.00 + shipping. For customers running under Superbike class rules in which 1000cc displacement must be maintained, we will install high compression standard bore size pistons. This package will produce 205 + horsepower and the price will be $7600.00.You will need to send us your complete engine and when complete we will ship it back to you ready to install. Dano's Performance is now offering ready built complete Superbike crate engines for the  Suzuki  GSXR 1000 (2009-16) models. These engines are complete and ready to install with no core required. Included with these engines are all the components listed above in the Superbike package and the Outlaw Superbike package. If you would like to upgrade to a "Stroker engine package" 225 + horsepower at the rear wheel the cost will be $12,995.00.In addition to all these components are the following:

                   1) Blueprinted transmission

             2) Heavy duty clutch pack  

                        These engines will produce a reliable 215 + rear wheel horsepower. For customers running under Superbike class rules in which 1000cc displacement must be maintained, we will install high compression standard bore size pistons. We also race balance these engines. This package will produce 205 + horsepower and the price will be $9895.00.
