Life in Childress County Texas 1850 - 1950

In 1917 J.J. Pigott, a Childress Texas dealer in hardware, automobiles, stoves and more produced a window display for his hardware store from items he sold at his store. The photo was featured in Hardware Dealers' Magazine in preparation for World War One. The article describes items he used for this patriotic window display and how he did it.
