Up to large 8" long upright dense cone shaped terminal panicles that flowers start creamy white and turn strawberry pink at the base. Both colors appear simultaneously for a very unique bi-color look like no other. Named "Top Plant", in 2010 by the American Nursery and Landscape Association. This award highlights its exceptional qualities and popularity. Blossoms from Summer to Fall. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Vigorous upright with rounded-form deciduous flowering shrub. Likes clay (amended), loam, sand (amended) and silt. Likes well drained moist soil. Soil pH range of 5.5-7.5 (moderately acid to slightly alkaline). |

| Watering | Average. Low once established. If a dry spell occurs, provide a deep watering once or twice a week to mimic rainfall. Can add Root Stimulation which helps early root development and strengths roots, as well as, reduces plant shock. |
| Fertilizing | Feed in spring, and again in late summer. |
