client companies we represent has set aside significant
recruiting budgets that pay for the cost of our services, and
therefore have no bearing on your transition package
whatsoever. In fact, these clients encourage our participation
to guarantee them maximum exposure to the widest available pool
of quality prospects.
It is you, our client-candidate that
drives the Financial Advisor recruiting process forward. We
know that as a solid producer you can secure attractive
transition deals to go to a host of competitor firms. Every
major wire house, regional and independent is aggressively
searching for quality advisors.
At Compass we never have and will never
drink the “Kool-Aid” of any one firm. Others may pretend
to be your representative when in reality theirs is a
biased agenda, representing just one firm. To the contrary, we
represent you. We have contracts with several of the top firms
in this industry. Additionally, if one of our contracted
partner firms does not turn out to be the right fit for you, we
will put you in touch with select other recruiting firms we
recognize as reputable so you can evaluate alternative
opportunities. At Compass, we promote a truly open-architecture
environment.
At the core of our
Code of Ethics is
confidentiality. We will never disclose your name to any firm
without your permission. Your name will never go into
circulation within the industry, potentially exposing you to
your current employer, college or clients.
