Brilla, centellea, estrellita
En el Espejo
THE BUTTERFLY
She looks in the mirror
And this is what she sees
The butterfly greeting her Hello
Fitness flies her hips move free
Sheīs enchanting
Special beyond beauty
Tongue like a straw
Savors with her feet
Small colorful wings to fly
She communicates visually
She is a new creation
She shows
The old is gone
The new has arrived
She is like a beautiful image
Of transformation she flies
Like a flower that grows
Like a river that flows
Like the air that surrounds her blows
He can see into her heart
And she tells him she knows
With such a beautiful pose
The butterfly reminds him of the rose
The butterfly looks over her shoulder
She strengthens her ankles and spreads her wings
She hooks her fingers
Her beauty sings
Her muscles energized
The stars illuminate her eyes
The eyes explore
Clear with emphasis
From the enchanted heart of vision
The butterfly shares the flower
with the bird and the bee
Follow her sequence
Practice with prudence
Stretching her muscles
She pays close attention
There is someone
Watching her from above
And she doesnīt perceive it
Until she feels it as love

Ella se mira en el espejo
Y esto es lo que ve
La mariposa la saluda
Sus caderas vuelan libres
Es encantadora
Especial más allá de la belleza
Lengua como una pajita
Saborea con sus pies
Pequeņas alas coloridas para volar
Se comunica visualmente
Es una nueva creación
Muestra
Lo viejo se ha ido
Lo nuevo ha llegado
Es como una hermosa imagen
De transformación vuela
Como una flor que crece
Como un río que fluye
Como el aire que la rodea sopla
Él puede ver en su corazón
Y ella le dice que lo sabe
Con una pose tan hermosa
La mariposa le recuerda a la rosa
La mariposa mira por encima del hombro
Fortalece sus tobillos y extiende sus alas
Engancha sus dedos
Su belleza canta
Sus músculos se energizan
Las estrellas iluminan sus ojos
Los ojos exploran
Claros con énfasis

There's an unspoken spiritual connection in the gym
Listening to my favorite music, a vibrant anthem
We'll keep working until we're ready to fine-tune
Lifting I feel my limbs festoon
I'm just a caterpillar crawling beside the rose
Watching the butterfly I hope to become
There's a hum in the anthem I hear
Like a strum or a drumbeat near
I learn from her movements she shows
I love the way she wears her clothes
She shows me what she knows
She helps me compose
With the passion of the rose
She may be the mother
Of the one who makes her smile
She may be a wildflower
She's unique, she works with style
The secrets of the heart are reflected in her face
Queen of light with aces in her hand
I'm going to see the rose in its place
Where the butterfly is, not in the vase
She wears a royal sash
Under the Strawberry Moon
Watching her hands from where I am
Moving in the reflection of the summer afternoon
LA ROSA
YOU BELONG HERE
I see her standing there
Enduring pain she bears
This too shall pass
This pain canīt stay and wonīt last
The love for who she is and what she does remains
She has an inspiring energy
Clear mind and she is slender
Strong yet tender
Holding steel in her hands
Moving her hips and her legs
Like a child with a toy
Her workout brings joy
Her eyes remind me of a mountain stream
A sandy beach
Or a recent dream
I see her looking in the mirror
She is mesmerizing and I am near her
And watch her smile
Sheīs the girl with the traveling pants
Watching her work becomes a dance
On the other side of the mirror I see
Strong beautiful happy and free
The Smith machine is safe and effective
Stable and supportive it guides & you steer
Helps you develop strength & confidence
You belong here

The rising starry moon
We stay fit at the gym
Here to witness
The ideal image of fitness
Some call it the Strawberry Moon
Others
say itīs the Honeysuckle MoonI see the Starry Night Moon
Reminds me of June
What I feel on the machine
I see in a dream
The moon of the starry night
The girl in the club pants
In the gym scene
At the gym
We exercise our legs
And our intuition
Intuition and connection

We listen like the ocean
Emotion and devotion
