How to lose Weight and Tone up

Teddy Savage, National Lead Trainer at Planet Fitness HQ, explains that "your body works as one machine in harmony. With that, losing weight and toning your muscles is a byproduct of holistic strength training and combining strength routines with endurance exercises. Compond movements and workouts will allow you to effectively and efficiently get stronger, lose weight, and build lean muscle."

LITERACY.EDUCATION

What amazes me most is this generation of elementary school children, with hearts and minds on fire, learning so much today.  Lesson plans utilize our human potential, and creativity, with imagination, new ideas, realizing that we have enormous mental capacity, to transform us into critical thinkers to solve the dilemmas facing our planet, to secure our future.

RIVER OF LIGHT

Start with the old begin with the new
Artistic vision daydreaming with you
Children are playing with big balloons
River candles for the bride and groom
Love shows and dances in tune

Full of view from the top of the mountain
Now guided by the light of the moon
The sun rises and there is a child riding
Start of the morning magnolia in bloom

Sometimes you are natural to act
Say what you have in mind
Intuition as a river of light
In telepathic time

You are hot he thinks, with light he wrote
When she takes off her coat
You're hot, he sees, she thinks of me
Balancing the river boat

I tell you a story about the spirit of women
It's a story about the love of man
Following her eyes while
They speak with their hands
Dancing to the beat, playing in the band

Fair maiden, he said, please,
Will you come with me?
I'll take you where you want to be
Play on the beach by the river of your dreams

Fit to be Happy

Training for stamina not fatigue

Bold as the butterfly in you

Hungry for enthusiasm

Loving what you do

 Rich in nature

Columbus discovered new hands

Different languages diverse culture

Strong lands

Southern neighbors

Came from the riverbed of love

In the valley of the wolves

Illuminated by the orbs above

We exercise to dance

Fit to be happy for hours

Refreshed replenished nourished

Like bumblebees inside of flowers

Every new day at the gym

Lifting weight feeling strong & slender

Zigzag jog gleeful glide

Energy in exercise training tender

WHEN I THINK ABOUT YOU

When I think about you, I think of the hot sun

Shining in the life of everyone

Called to work you're gonna make it fun

Waiting for the day to come

Maybe it's the butterfly bow in the picture

The way you wear your hair

Maybe it's the flowers on the desk

Or the way you share

A photo of you in the garden of life

Sweet smelling air

With a butterfly personality

A caterpillar made aware

When I dream about you, I dream of hot sun

Glowing in the dark for everyone

Resting or work you make it fun

Waiting for the light to come

APRIL MOON

April moon work and play

Exercise to start the day

Portray a picture near and far

To express the star

Well hey before it’s all begun

Strategy of strength to walk then run

To find your reflection in the mirror door

Two butterflies talking then four

God says what I open no one can shut

And you know your head from your heart but

With bands and the right clothes

Your love hears and can see gold

You know when I see you

I read you like a book

If you ever want to teach

You know where to look

Spread the word until love grows

Life not simplified it shows

Like the wind it blows

Under the April moon

Over the ravine

Show up in another scene

Same kind of place different theme

You work you weave inspire a dream

I feel like a kid or a voyageur

A series of daydreams about her

Elaborate changing unentangled hair

Involved studied hidden there

In a dream she climbs

Where the road unwinds

She rides on wheels weaving time

Until she finds

Her faith seeking

Her eyes open there

To the April moon

From her musical chair

After the sunrise what will she do

Work and play start anew

Rolling over another tune

Under the April moon

SUNSETS

When the sun sets

For the music to start

I have to move and listen

To the beat of my heart

Where the sun sets

While you dance and sweat

With a radiant smile

And a drink that´s wet

You are not elitist

But elegant with bands hoods & barrettes

The beauty of who you are

Reflects in the sunsets

Remembering you with the sunrise

Your dark hair and your discerning eyes

Inspires me when I exercise

The sun will set but it will never die

You know how shy one can be

As if you are like no one

But when you´re near and close to see

The sun sets and rises in good company

Mirror Talking

Bill Murray:

Have you ever looked in the mirror and NOT seen yourself?

Woke up earlier, slept well then sat quietly

did some stretching, used the rumble roller and thought,

"OK another great day to scrub my teeth." And, hello!

Right in the mirror not the face I know so well, but a mutt.

I really don't care that he's not a pedigree, but...he is a dog.

What did the man say, a dog has taken my place, my face place.

This dog right here.

Mirror talking why the scowl

Waiting for you to howl

With help from friends for sure

Hope you find what you’re looking for

"Just walk a mile in my paws.

There's  a dog in my mirror!

A real dog where my face should be and always has been.

Weird thing, he looks kind of familiar, which is no comfort at all."

ESPAÑOL

Entrenamiento
Hay un rumor sobre
La forma en que entrenas
Entrenando a quienes te rodean sin dudarlo
Para demostrarlo

Bailando en la luz
Reflejos que ven
Espejos y su movimiento
Motivación con espíritu

Escucha la melodía de entrenamiento
Llena de gracia de la banda
Sigue un plan
Usa tus piernas, tu respiración, tu mente y tus manos

Bible Stories & Biblical poems

Jesus loved company.
It was  the people of the street, the prostitutes & the players,

The humble ones that surrounded Jesus,

With open hearts and minds and fruitful spirit.

Mary Magdalene, a beautiful, vain and lustful young woman,

Freed from her demons by Jesus,

Became a close friend.

Mary lay at the feet of Jesus at home listening to him.

Mary Magdalene had such a special relationship with Jesus.
She is the one who could hold on to him.
She was the first one he appeared with and spoke to
When he rose from the dead.

Mary was crying.
She was standing outside the grave where the dead Jesus lay.
When she looked in the grave there was no corpse & she saw two angels.
They asked,

"Woman, why are you crying?"
"They have taken my Lord and I don't know where he is."
She turned around and saw Jesus standing there.
But she didn't recognize him.

"Lord," she said, "do you know where they took my love?

Tell me and I´ll catch him."
Jesus told her
"Mary" and instantly she recognizes him

She turned around and shouted
"Teacher!"
Calling her name moves her heart with such a joyful feeling.
Jesus told her

“Do not hold on to me now, because I have not yet returned to the Father.

Instead, go with my brothers and tell them

You have seen me.

He is alive, with a mission to accomplish."

King Solomon & The Queen of Sheba

"There was never a king like Solomon

Not since the world began

Yet Solomon talked to a butterfly

As a man would talk to a man"

--Rudyard Kipling
