Delaware Beach

We hadn't been to the beach house since New Years, and then it had been maybe two months before that, and with several weekends coming up with activities which would keep us from going, we really wanted to get there when there was an opportunity.  Unfortunately, Nancy had way too much to do at work preventing her from going, so Steve and Tank headed to Delaware for a quick trip.  First order of business, letting Tank swim.  Happy, happy doggy.  It was still pretty shallow, but enough that he actually had to swim a bit.  It seems to be a lot easier for him when the water is taking some of the weight off his lone front leg.  He really didn't want to stop chasing sticks, so I kept throwing them.  Glad he didn't resist too much when I started walking away and told him to come.  He dropped down quickly once on grass and was content to have his ears petted for a while before heading back to the townhouse.

Had to send the neighbors pictures of their tulips.  Enjoyed a late, and cold, walk on the beach at sunset.

Decided to take a some pictures of a couple sandpipers.  It was pretty dark though, so a quick shutter speed led to rather underexposed images, which was fun to correct in LightRoom.
