Delaware Beach

Another trip to the beach in July.  With out Virginia home being remodeled and no access to the kitchen, we went to the beach almost every weekend for July and early August.

A fun paddle out to Cedar Island.  Most the Egrets were no longer hidden in the grass with their nests and hatchlings.

Nancy and I managed to take pictures of each other from opposite sides of the island.

We went around Assawoman Wildlife Refuge the next day and discovered an eagle nest we hadn't seen before.

We could see the eagle's nest from the backside on our walk around Strawberry Landing.
