Andy's White Coat Ceremony at NUPOC

Andy moved to Chicago between Christmas and New Years to start the in-residence portion of his graduate school program at the Northwestern University Prosthetics and Orthotics Center (NUPOC).  Since this is part of the medical school, the held a White Coat Ceremony in mid-January to welcome the students as new clinicians.  The hosted the ceremony on Zoom, allowing us to join in and cheer Andy on.  We actually listened in with Alexa, allowing us to talk to each other during the ceremony.  Aunt Cathy was also online.  Steve took a number of screen-grabs during the Zoom session.  There were a couple speeches to kick off the event.

Alexa was quick are recognized that they had called someone named Jared, so we assume this is Andy's roommate, as we've never met him.  Andy later stated that of the 45 or so people in the program, only nine were male.

They all had to stand and say an oath and then the ceremony was over, with us signing-off and them adjourning for some snacks.
