February 2025 (Part 01)

Steve in Coloraro

Steve had a couple meetings in Denver in late February.  Totally forgot In-N-Out was in Denver.  After accidentally driving by the one in Highlands Ranch, made a quick turn for dinner.

After the meetings, Steve and three of his co-workers headed up to Breckenridge for a couple days.  Here are Steve and Daltyn, who kept together for both days.  They spend most of the first day on Peak 10.

Here is the group.  Peter had never skied or boarded before, and Mike used to board several years ago.  Glad to discover Daltyn was a solid boarder, despite it only being his fifth season.  Pete took a lesson on the first day and Mike reacquainted himself with skiing.  We were all able to go out for a couple runs to start the day on Saturday.

Had to laugh at these two characters.

What an amazingly beautiful two days.  The only thing white in the sky at one point was some snowdrift blowing off a nearby peak.  Absolutely no clouds and a clear amazing blue sky.
