Trip to North Carolina for Lazy Days

We headed down to North Carolina late in August to see Cathy, Ken, and Sandra and go to Lazy Days in Cary.  Lexi was already at school and sad she missed it.  Had to take a picture of this truck we saw on the way down - "it's go time".

Had fun at Lazy Days.

We rented a boat on Sunday before heading home (and fighting traffic in Fredericksburg).  Steve spotted a bald eagle.

So glad that Tess J could join us.  She is in grad school at NC State and was really happy to have us call her.
