Missouri Trip for the USMC Birthday

Nancy, Alexa, and Cathy headed to Missouri in November to help grandpa celebrate the Marine Corps birthday.  As it was the 250th birthday, each state was holding a cake cutting celebration at the capital, which meant there wasn't the normal ball.  This also meant that Bill didn't want to go.  This girls finally convinced him to attend the ceremony, but couldn't get him to agree to wait around to attend the smaller celebration a couple hours later.  Naturally, they ran into Jackie and at dinner the night before, and she didn't know this plan, having planned for him to offer the toast to the Marine Corp and Nancy to toast either the Air Force or Space Force.  Too late to change his mind though.

Of course, they had to head to Central Dairy after the ceremony.
