France Trip: Day 14: Last Walk Through Paris

After our visit to Sainte-Chapelle, we had a bit more time to wander around before needing to head to our hotel and then the airport. 

Found a neat flower market on Ile de la Cite sort of between Saint-Chapelle and Notre Dame.

Apparently the shop dedicated to orchids was a big hit.

Lexi managed to find several bees.

We made our way to the Notre Dame de Paris.  Unfortunately we didn't have tickets to go inside nor time to wait in the line for those without tickets, which stretched back and forth across the square.

Had to stop to get some sandwiches, a crepe and something to drink, along with a couple more T-shirts.

We made our way around the cathedral and admired both the structure and the work going on to refurbish it after the 2019 fire.

We reluctantly left the cathedral behind and made our way to the left bank and off the Ile de la Cite.

We spent some time walking along the Seine until heading up the hill a bit.

We found some more Invasion street art installations, along with a fun flower bed in the middle of a traffic circle.  First stop, a sandwich and something to drink.
